It says webgl not available but im using chrome

I know I've already posted a question but I'm just wondering if wars will happen. Like will there ever be a feature where alliances could appear and they gang on a tribe, Or will there ever be a time were you could change the map mid game, or maybe forcibly merge empires or draw new borders for them. You don't have to add these but it would be sick to have them.

So I have a windows and mac and the game is great, maybe you could add wars or make people more aggressive to take land but it's fine, but if it is possible please make it playable on mac, I usually carry my mac on my and i want to play this game when im bored.
